There are three ways to re-sell; As an affiliate or as a drop shipper.

Start earning commissions right away! This account is for customers who have social media sites, blogs, email lists, and websites. Anywhere you can post a picture or a link is an opportunity for a commission.

Affiliate Account

Generally this account is for online retailers and mail order catalogs. We are currently accepting applications for established businesses only. We do not accept ebay, etsy or amazon store applications.

Dropship Account

This account is for customers who wish to re-sell one item at a time. Generally this account is for online retailers and mail order catalogs.

– Once approved this type of account is activated once samples (engraved with your ‘BUSINESS NAME’ or ‘PERSONALISE ME’) are purchased or product pictures are placed on the retailer’s website.

– Once we receive your order, we create the order for your customer within 3-7 business days.

– Shipping times are on top of time it takes to fill the order.

– Once your customer’s order is completed, we ship wherever you like, either directly to your customer or to your location, just enter the shipping address in your order.

– We do offer blind shipping so your end customer does not know the supplier. You can choose to use our packaging with our brand logo, or choose a blind packaging without any logo and / or use your own packaging that you provided to us. Options subject to handling charges.

– When your order is shipped, we send you an invoice so you know your order has been shipped with tracking info.

How it works?

– Place an order with us, with the selected jewellery, inscription and choice of shipping method. 

– There is a $ 2.50 – $4.50 drop ship fee per shipping address (fees depending on packaging handling)

– You are given a discount on the retail prices.

Can I get same day delivery?

We process all orders according to sequence that it is placed. We do not provide any rush order service. Please upgrade to express for speedy delivery. 

There is a cut off date of orders for peak season such as Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Christmas. 

Shipping Info

We currently use Auspost or DHL depending on destination. 

We can ship worldwide. 

For domestic orders, both standard and express option postages comes with signature required and insurance covered. 

For international orders, standard postage comes with insurance without signature required and express includes both signature and insurance cover. 

Returns / Refunds / Delivery Issues

Kindly understand that due to personalisation to your request, returns & refunds are not accepted.

No returns, exchange or refunds due to wear & tear.

In the event that you’ve received your item with personalisation error (either your side or from our side), you must notify us within 3 days upon receipt of your items and provide a photo of the error.

In case of return due to unforeseen circumstances out of our control, you will be notified. A redelivery will cost $20 for domestic and international is from $25. We do not return or refund a forced return if buyers refused to pay the additional custom VAT or has a change of mind. Buyers to pay for any custom fees or VAT.

Missing parcel or delays in delivery, please allow for 10 business days for our postal services to give an outcome. If deemed lost, we will remake and reship to the same destination with the same postage method selected. If express is required, please purchase. Any returns or refunds for this case, will have 10% restocking fee.

Cancellation Fee

Cancellation fee on orders:

  • prior to processing: 10% of your total order. 
  • once processed: 70% of your total order
  • once shipped: N/A

This account is for customers who carry inventory; Bricks-and-Mortar Stores. Personalised jewellery is not available wholesale, We currently accept applications from established businesses.

Wholesale account
  • There is a minimum $300 initial order.
  • A Tax ID or a Federal ID number is required. All businesses have one in order to re-sell their products. No wholesale accounts will be enabled without it. 
  • Once you are approved you can shop online or send your order via email or fax.
  • When you are logged in, you will see wholesale prices displayed right underneath the retail prices
